Samson Protection Services understands how important security is to your business.  That’s why we go through a six stage process to consider all variables before we secure your site.  Here’s how we do it.

Step 1 | Initial Consultation

First, during our initial conversation, we will learn all the details of your site: size, location, features, neighborhood, etc. We will also inquire about the number of officers you need, when you plan to start and the duration of the job, if applicable.

Step 2 | Site Assessment

Next, our team will meet with you at your site and conduct a thorough walk-through.  During the walk-through, we will gather additional information about your site and answer your questions.  We will listen carefully to your areas of concern and explain how our services can assist you.

Step 3 | Proposal

We will then draft a tailored proposal, considering all the information we gathered about your site. We are flexible, thus we are happy to clarify or explain our terms to you.  Our goal here is to work with you and provide the security solution you need.

Step 4 | Security Plan

After you approve the proposal,we will draft your security plan.  Your custom security plan will include information gathered from our conversations and the site visit.  Your security plan will serve as the officer’s detailed instructions on securing your site.

Step 5 | Officer Training

Once your security plan is complete, we will determine which security officer is the best fit for your site.  Our analysis is based on the guard’s training, skills, and experience to ensure your site is properly secured. We then train our guard on the specifics of your site, using the detailed security plan as the curriculum.

Step 6 | Officer Arrival

Finally, your security officer will arrive, properly dressed ready to secure your site.  Our officer will stand out – depending on the assignment, the officer will wear site specific gear and equipment and will have clear identification.  All of this means visibility, deterrence and the protection of your site.
